Short language. What you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Use
Factuur.software is for freelancers and SMEs to send invoices to customers. The free plan is always free, paid plans can be canceled monthly.
Be reasonable
No abuse: no spam, no scraping, no attempts to break the service. Accounts that abuse will be removed without refund.
Pay
Subscriptions run through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current period. Refunds only for technical blockers that we could not resolve.
Your administration remains yours
Everything you input is your property. We do not claim any license on your invoices or customer data. Upon cancellation, you will receive a reasonable period to export your data.
We do our best
We back up your data and ensure uptime, but the service is "as is". Make your own backups if your administration is critical. We are not liable for consequential damages.
Changes
These terms may change. In case of material changes, we will email you. Continued use after 30 days is considered acceptance.
