Privacy

Short language, no surprises. What we store, why, and how you remove it.

What we store

  • Account: name, email address, password (hashed), tier and invoice number setting.
  • Company information: company name, Chamber of Commerce, VAT number, IBAN, address and logo (if you fill that in).
  • Customers and invoices: everything you enter yourself to keep your administration up to date.
  • Session: a cookie to keep you logged in.

What we do not do

  • No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels.
  • No ads, no selling of your data.
  • We never share your information with third parties except where required by law.

Sub-processors

For payments, we use Stripe. It only shows your email address, your chosen tier, and payment status. Stripe processes your card itself, we never see it.

Mail is sent via our own mail server. No external newsletter services.

Your data

You can export your invoices and customers at any time as CSV (coming in Phase 8). You can delete your account from Profile; we will anonymize your account and delete your invoices.

Retention period

Tax authority requirement: 7 years for invoices. As long as your account is active, we keep everything. When deleting, we anonymize and only retain what the tax office requires, apart from personal data.
